J. Patrick White is the founder of NORA Foundation. He builds evidence-first AI infrastructure for high-stakes document workflows—immutable vaults, chain-of-custody records, OCR/PDF ingestion, retrieval, citation validation, and adversarial review. A USC Marshall-trained finance professional and former FINRA Series 7/63 holder, he brings 13+ years in private real estate securities, operations across 40+ rental units, and hands-on engineering with Python, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and LLM systems.
