The Filing Builder starts from redacted, real-world exemplars and turns them into structured templates you populate with your facts—so you spend less time fighting Word and more time checking accuracy. It does not tell you what to argue; it helps you present what you already know in a court-shaped package.
Use case: You know what happened. This helps you say it in the language the court expects.
Audience: People who are drafting or assisting with filings and need structure without starting from a blank page.
Access note: read access is public; execution, private distribution, or heavier inference-backed runs may still depend on membership, verification, and profile completion.
How it works
- Choose a template closest to what you need to file.
- Replace every bracketed placeholder with your facts—no invented facts.
- Cross-check dates against your timeline and exhibits.
- Run the built-in checklist for captions, signatures, and certificate of service if applicable.
- Stop if you are unsure of legal strategy—get advice before filing.
What you need
- Your facts in order (timeline and evidence organizer help).
- Local rules or a sample filing from your court if you have one.
- A plan to have a lawyer review before submission.
Example output
- A formatted draft with numbered paragraphs and exhibit list.
